50's Black Velvet Ball Fringe Pillbox Hat by Vicki JoBody is a deep flat black velvet with a seamed crown and the sides hold dangling double velvet balls. On the back which is a bit shorter there is 4 single stringed balls. Interior sides are slightly stitched down to give it a scrunched look. Finished with a nice black acetate fabric and the standard petersham ribbon. Label is Vicki Jo Original. Excellent condition showing little to no wear or age.
