The novelty Windmill print is gorgeous, the loose fitting is pure comfort, yet bright, colourful and extremely stylish. These dresses are best worn a little loose, I am a size 14 for reference. Measured flat: Bust 56" waist 57" Hips 58" Length 45" No stretch to the fabric, best on a size 16 22. Vintage condition Excellent.
