1930s Raffia Cloche with Corded AccentsBlack raffia cloche from the early 1930s in a transitional style between the close fitting cloches of the 1920s and the small brimmed hats of the 1930s. Hat has an inner band that covers the forehead and and a small tapering brim. There is ivory cording on the inner band as well as an accent on one side. There is a grosgrain bow above the cording. No label; excellent condition with minor wear commensurate with age. Measures about 23 inside.
