80's Black Bow Column Gown by Noel Sophisticates1980's black satin column style evening gown. Empire waist with a ruched bodice and huge left side bow. Narrow cord spaghetti straps while the skirt is a faux wrap. Completely lined and closing in the back with a long zipper. Fabric has the feel of a satin poly blend but there is no fabric content label. Excellent condition showing little to no wear. Label is Noel Sophisticates and B. Altmann which was a high end NY department store operating from
