50’s Painted Black Cotton Broomstick SkirtA full cut vintage skirt in black waffle cotton, painted from hem to thigh in blue, green and white floral design. The waistband is wide and high, coming to a point at the front. It fastens in the back with a metal zipper and three hooks and eyes. The skirt is calf length.
